The first track of the release is called Colours. With an ominous and psychedelic vibe, and sound effects shooting across the spectrum, this piece stands well on its own while still remaining in the signature Liquid Viking style.
Talking Sunshine is both the name of the second track and of the entire EP. This track is soft and dreamy with some melodic sweetness, but it also brings the listener down to a deeper and a more shadowy place. The playful switch between rolling and offbeat bassline stands out and is just one of the things that makes this track exciting.
The last track of the release is called Celerity. A mysterious atmosphere runs through this piece, and the generous use of brief breaks intrigues as well.
Talking Sunshine will be released on Solar Tech Records on November 24th 2020.
