The new EP “Mental Funk” by French producer Polaris starts off strong with the track “Mental Circle,” providing plenty of entrancing vibes, atmospheric elements and melodic energy. Encircled by the eerie sound effects, the listener is uplifted and put into a psychedelic state of mind. The enticing vocal samples and plucky electronic sounds help complete the experience and create a captivating production for the lovers of progressive music.
But the vibes don’t stop there. They continue onto the second track of the EP entitled “What da funk.” With the sound of a very familiar melody and a bouncy bassline this track is both memorable and plenty funky.
“Mental Funk” will be out on Solar Tech Records on October 2nd of 2018.
